We partnered with Coleman's Equipment to build a brand as rugged and reliable as the machines they sell. As one of Australia's most trusted names in civil and mining equipment, the Orange-based dealer needed a brand architecture that reflected their true scale and capability.

Starting with a complete strategic mapping process, we developed a new brand identity and a high-performance website featuring their Coleman's Verified quality standard. From strategy to finished site, this was a complete creative transformation designed to give a family-owned business the professional presence to compete on a national stage.

Outdated Perception in a Competitive Market

Coleman's had strong product and service capability but lacked a clear, consistent position in market. Despite being one of the most trusted names in civil and mining equipment, the brand did not reflect the scale, quality, or reliability of the business.

Their digital presence was fragmented, making it harder for customers to understand the full offering or trust the brand at first touch. To compete with larger national dealers, Coleman's needed a brand that felt as rugged and professional as the machines they sell.

Build a Clear Position and Align Every Touchpoint

We started with Strategic Mapping to define how Coleman's should be seen in market. This shaped a clear brand position focused on reliability, performance, and return on investment.

We developed a new brand identity and design system that carries the weight of the heavy machinery they handle. We then designed and built a high-performance website complete with equipment listings, their Coleman's Verified quality standard, and a custom water truck showcase.

To bring the brand to life, we captured on-site photography and videography across their Orange-based facility, showcasing the team, the inventory, and the operations. Every output worked toward one goal: making the brand easier to understand and easier to trust.
