While StockLive was already a solid performer in the digital auction space, they needed a cohesive brand strategy to challenge established market leaders and expand into new commercial sectors.

We delivered strategic brand mapping, a refreshed visual identity and professional content production, documenting both the high-pressure environment of live auctions and the quieter on-property moments that prove the platform's value.

StockLive operated a world-class digital selling platform, yet faced the hurdle of established market perceptions and well-resourced incumbents.

In a landscape where trust is built over decades, the challenge was to move beyond being seen as just a software provider and become a commercially relevant partner.

We led a Strategic Mapping process to define StockLive's unique position in the market and align the team around a clear, retail-focused mindset.

The process established a new framework for how the brand communicates its expertise, foundations and resource capability to the wider industry.

Creative execution brought technical data and human storytelling together. We refreshed the visual language across social carousels, digital advertising, print assets and brochures, then paired professional livestock and people imagery with data-led infographics that show real-time performance and market reach.
