What is your typical process?

We follow a clear, structured process built around strategy first.

A typical project moves through discovery, strategy, design, development or production, content and SEO, testing and review, then launch and handover. Where applicable, Strategic Mapping and Brand Architecture sit early in the process so the creative work is built from clear positioning, audience definition and commercial direction.

We provide a detailed timeline at the start of every project and use milestone check-ins to keep things on track.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on the scope. Strategy and brand projects typically take two to six weeks. A custom website from strategy to launch is usually eight to twelve weeks. Photography and video projects are scoped individually based on location, volume and post-production requirements. We are clear about timelines before any work begins.

What happens if I need changes or extra features during a project?

Each project phase includes a round of revisions. If a completely new feature or significant scope change comes up mid-project, we provide a separate quote and timeline before any additional work begins. No surprises.

Do you lock clients into contracts?

No. Work is scoped and quoted project by project. Retainers are available when ongoing activity makes sense, but they are optional.

How do you price your work?

Once we understand the objective and scope, we provide a fixed quote before any work begins. You know the full cost upfront.

When can you start?

Start dates depend on current bookings. Strategy can usually begin quickly. Production and build work is scheduled in advance. Get in touch and we will give you a realistic timeframe.

Who provides the content, copy and images, for a project?

For most projects, the client provides the core content. Text and imagery come from you because you are the expert on your business. We provide guidance, structure and wireframes, and we work alongside professional photographers, videographers and copywriters where needed. For photography and video projects, our team handles all content capture and production entirely.

Do you offer ongoing support after a project is complete?

Yes. We offer flexible ongoing support across design, web maintenance and digital content production. Many clients work with us as a long-term creative partner well beyond the initial project.

Do you provide raw files?

No. Raw files are not supplied. All assets are delivered curated, edited and ready to use.

We design and build custom websites. No templates. Every site is built to suit the brand, the audience and the commercial goal. What platforms do you build websites on?

We build on WordPress, Shopify and Webflow depending on what best suits the client's needs. We recommend the right platform for the project, not the one that happens to be trending.

How much does a website cost?

How long does a website project take?

A custom website from strategy to launch typically takes eight to twelve weeks. Projects with custom features or ecommerce can take longer. We provide a detailed timeline at the start of every project.

Will my website work on phones and tablets?

Do you travel for shoots?
